What is your returns and exchanges policy?


ITEMS
• Items must be returned in the original condition, unworn, and with all their accessories.
• This includes, but is not limited to, original Louis Vuitton packaging, boxes, instructions booklets, labels, and protective covers.
• Perfumes must be returned in their original packaging, and the seal covering the perfume box must not have been broken. Please ensure that the safety label is pasted on your package and is clear and visible. 
• Swimsuits must be handled with care and tried on top of clean underwear, keeping sanitary protection label on the swimsuit.
• We are unable to accept exchanges and returns for personalized items.

 

EXCHANGES
• Exchanges are free of charge and can be requested within 30 days of reception.
• Items purchased online can be exchanged in a Louis Vuitton store, in your MyLV account or by contacting our Client Services. Your local Client Services phone number can be found here.
• Exchanges through your MyLV account are currently only available if your new item is the same model as your original order, but in a different size or color and if there is no price difference. For other cases, please reach out to our client services.
• In-store exchanges must be initiated in the same country as the billing address linked to the order.
• Exchanges are subject to inspection by our Quality Services. Your new item will be shipped once your product has been accepted by our Quality Services.
• Ireland: Online orders cannot be returned or exchanged in-store. Click & Collect orders cannot be returned or exchanged in-store once collected. Prior to collecting the order can be inspected in the store. Click & Collect orders can be returned or exchanged as normal online order process using the returns label provided with the purchase. 

 

RETURNS/REFUND
• Returns are free of charge and can be requested within 30 days of reception.
• Items purchased online can be returned via MyLV Account or in store. Please note that refunds are not issued in-store, but the store will ship the item back to our warehouse for you, after which you will be refunded within 2 weeks.
• In store returns must be initiated in the same country as the billing address linked to the order.
• Refunds will be issued in the original payment method to the original purchaser.
• Ireland: Online orders cannot be returned or exchanged in-store. Click & Collect orders cannot be returned or exchanged in-store once collected. Prior to collecting the order can be inspected in the store. Click & Collect orders can be returned or exchanged as normal online order process using the returns label provided with the purchase.
