Atelier Oï’s Belt Bar Stool is a companion to the Swiss designers’ Belt Chair, a classic Objet Nomade. It features the same precision-cut strips of rich Louis Vuitton leather stretched across a taller, elegantly proportioned steel frame that form a smoothly undulating dune-like surface. The ‘belts’ are attached using brass buckles and solid brass studs, which, viewed from behind, bear witness to Louis Vuitton’s traditional savoir-faire. Beautiful yet sturdy, the Belt Bar Stool, available in several different colour combinations, embodies Atelier Oï’s distinctive design vision and the Maison’s leather working expertise.
