The Maison is proud to return as Title Partner of the Louis Vuitton 37th America's Cup in Barcelona, from August 29th until October 27th, 2024. In a continuation of a remarkable journey that began more than 40 years ago, Louis Vuitton collaborated with the America's Cup for the first time in 1983 and introduced its bespoke Trophy Trunk in 2017 — representing the first-ever sports partnership in the history of the Maison.
Louis Vuitton Cup
Over five weeks, five teams compete in successive editions for this stage first named after the Maison as the event's official sponsor in 1987 — unveiling a new trophy trunk, housing the Louis Vuitton Cup.
America's Cup Match
During the two week competition, the winning Challenger team will face the defending champions from New Zealand. Designed to protect the precious Auld Mug Cup, awarded to the ultimate winner of the 37th America's Cup Barcelona, the Maison reveals a second trophy trunk for the event.
From the iconic Monogram motif to hand-painted blue and red lines representing both "Victory" and "Vuitton", the Trophy Trunks carry a common thread of savoir-faire and esteemed craftsmanship as totems of the Maison's sports history.

Brought to life by the expert artisans of the Maison's Asnières atelier, the trophy trunks of the 37th America's Cup Barcelona are meticulously crafted using traditional methods that have been passed down through generations.
