How can I follow the status of my repair?

You can follow the status of your repair from your MyLV account, in the My Care Services section.
In the follow-up part you can have different status:
- Initiated: your product to be repaired has been created in-store and is pending for quality expertise
- Sent to Care Center: your has been shipped to our Care Center
- Assessment: our Care Center is expertising the feasibility of your repair.
 In the case you product is not repairable it will be shipped back to your Louis Vuitton store.
Please note that for some repairs we need spare part in that case the leadtime can be increased.
- Repair: your repair is in progress
- Ready for collection: your product is ready for pick-up in your Louis Vuitton store.
