How can I return my perfume order?

Perfumes must be returned in their original packaging, and the seal covering the perfume box must not have been broken. 

Perfume returns in Denmark and in Sweden

Please return your perfume order via DHL service.

1. Register your return in the My Orders section of MyLV account. 
2. Securely pack your perfume in its original packaging to ensure it remains upright during transit.
3. Fix the pre-paid DHL return label provided by us onto the parcel.
4. IMPORTANT: Attach the black and white Dangerous Goods label outside of your return parcel clearly visible. Perfume is considered a flammable liquid. This label indicates that your package contains hazardous material and ensures it is handled correctly during shipping. Failing to include this Dangerous Goods label may result in delays or loss of your return shipment.
5. Drop off the package at your nearest DHL service point. You may go on DHL website to find the nearest drop-off point that offers International Shipping service.

Perfume returns in Finland

All fragrance products should be returned to the Louis Vuitton store in Helsinki. If you are unable to visit our Helsinki store, please contact our Client Services to arrange your return shipment. Your return will then be validated by the store, who will refund your purchase by Bank Transfer. Kindly note that a refund by bank transfer can take up to two weeks to be processed.

Perfume returns in other countries

Please return your perfume order via UPS service.

1. Register your return in the My Orders section of MyLV account. 
2. Securely pack your perfume in its original packaging to ensure it remains upright during transit.
3. Fix the pre-paid UPS return label provided by us onto the parcel.
4. Schedule a pickup by contacting Louis Vuitton Client Service or drop off the package at your nearest UPS service point.
5. Go on UPS website  and find the nearest drop-off point.
