How do I request a duplicate of my invoice?

An invoice is issued for each purchase. Louis Vuitton does not issue duplicate invoices or certificates of value, in accordance with the provisions of the general terms and conditions of sale.

However, in the event of theft or loss of the product, it is possible to issue a duplicate by providing supporting documents (copy of the complaint, declaration on honour and copy of your identity card).
