GENERAL POLICY
Orders are shipped within one working day, unless additional verification is required.
Our delivery time starts when you receive the Shipping Email and is indicative.
Orders are delivered between 8am-6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). You can track the status of your order in the Shipping Email or My Orders section of your MyLV Account.
You might be required to sign for your package upon delivery and to show your official ID card. The carrier may note the last 3 digits of your ID card.
Our products are carefully gift-wrapped in our Signature Safran packaging, excluding agenda refills.

1. To collect your order from a store, you will be required to show:
- the confirmation e-mail
- your government-issued photo ID (passport, ID card or driving license),
- the payment card used for the order.
If someone collects it on your behalf, they also need to bring:
- their own government-issued photo ID
- a letter of authorisation signed by you.
2. Your order will be available in store for 30 days. After 30 days, it will be cancelled and you will receive a refund.
3. The following Louis Vuitton stores do not offer alterations and fitting rooms:
- Belgium: Knokke
- Finland: Helsinki
- The Netherlands: Amsterdam De Bijenkorf | Rotterdam De Bijenkorf
4. Click & Collect is temporarily unavailable in Ireland and the Netherlands.
5. This option is not available when paying through Apple Pay.

GENERAL POLICY
ITEMS
• Items must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, and with all their accessories.
• This includes, but is not limited to, original Louis Vuitton packaging, boxes, instructions booklets, labels, and protective covers.
• Perfumes must be returned in their original packaging, and the seal covering the perfume box must not have been broken.
• Swimsuits must be handled with care and tried on top of clean underwear, keeping sanitary protection label on the swimsuit.
• We are unable to accept exchanges and returns for personalised items.
EXCHANGES
• Exchanges are free of charge and can be requested within 30 days of reception.
• Items purchased online can be exchanged in a Louis Vuitton store, or by contacting one of our Client Advisors. Your local Client Services phone number can be found here.
• In store exchanges must be initiated in the same country as the billing address linked to the order.
Ireland: in-store exchanges are temporarily unavailable.
• Exchanges are subject to inspection by our Quality Services.
• Exchanged items will be shipped once your product has been accepted by our Quality Services.
RETURNS
• Returns are free of charge and can be requested within 30 days of reception.
• Items purchased online can be returned via MyLV Account or in store.
• In store returns must be initiated in the same country as the billing address linked to the order.
• Ireland: in-store returns are temporarily unavailable.
REFUNDS
• Once accepted by our Quality Services, returns will be refunded within 14 working days, as processing times vary between payment providers.
• Refunds will be issued in the original payment method to the original purchaser.
• Refunds are not issued in-store.
EXCHANGING AND RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE
• Returns: register your return in the My Orders section of your MyLV account.
• Exchanges: contact one of our Client Advisors. Your local Client Services phone number can be found here.
• Place your item in its original Louis Vuitton packaging and place it in the shipping box.
• Carefully seal the shipping box.
• Cover the original shipping label with the return pre-paid label.
IN A UPS PICK-UP POINT
• Register your return in the My Orders section of your MyLV account.
• Drop your package at your nearest UPS store or pick-up point. A list of UPS stores and pick-up points is available on UPS’ website.
IN A LOUIS VUITTON STORE
• Give your package to your nearest Louis Vuitton store. A list of Louis Vuitton stores is available on our website.
• Ireland: in-store returns and exchanges are temporarily unavailable.
VIA A SCHEDULED COLLECTION
• Call one of our Client Advisors to request a free, scheduled collection by UPS in your preferred location.
• Your local Client Services phone number can be found here.
• You will receive an email confirming the scheduled collection details.
• Give your package to the UPS driver.
